SCOPE OF WORK
Dust Collection System
- Design, supply, manufacture, installation and commissioning of one (1) Reverse Pulse Baghouse Dust Collection system for the Coarse Ore reclaim tunnels. Works also included clean air ducting, silencer, discharge stack, fan and dirty air ducting.
- Design, supply, manufacture and commissioning of dust disposal system. Works included, batching weight hopper with load cells, rotary valve, isolation valve, agglomeration unit and discharge conveyor.
- Civil design and installation including geotechnical survey.
- Design, supply, manufacture and installation of structural steel, stairs and access platforms.
- Design, supply, manufacture, installation and commissioning of compressed air system for dust collection system. Works included compressors, driers, filters, air receivers, monitoring instrumentation and pneumatic controls.
Ventilation System
- Decommissioning of existing cyclone scrubber and extraction fan.
- Design, supply, manufacture, installation and commissioning of one (1) Ventilation System for the Coarse Ore reclaim tunnels.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- In-house engineering design of dust collector, ventilation, compressed air, civil and structural works.
- Baghouse capacity: 72,000 m³
- Ventilation system capacity: 57,000 m³
- Structural Steel pre-assembled in modules to reduce site installation time.
