SCOPE OF WORK
- Design, supply, fabricate and commission one (1) Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer package.
- Package included, twin ceramic heat regenerative oxidising combustion chambers, structural supports, platforms and stairs, gas train and burners, refractory items, equipment insulation (Acoustic & Thernal), exhaust stack, forced draft fans, interconnecting piping, ducting, valves, dampers, instrumentation and safety devices.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- The RTO unit is used to destroy the waste Amine and other BETEX products that would normally be burnt off in a flare tip. The plant is located adjacent to a National Park and strict environmental guidelines dictated that the waste gases were destroyed without a visible flare.
- 4 m free standing discharge stack including access platform for environmental testing.
- Duct work fabricated from 316 stainless steel.
