SCOPE OF WORK

• Design, supply, manufacture, transportation and commissioning of two (2) Reverse Pulse Baghouse Dust Collectors for the Car Dumper and Screenhouse. Works also included clean air ducting, silencers, discharge stacks, fans and dirty air ducting.
• Design, supply, manufacture and commissioning of dust disposal systems. Works included per system, batching weight hopper, agglomeration unit and discharge conveyors.
• Design, supply, manufacture of structural steel, stairs and access platforms.
• Design, supply and commissioning of compressed air systems for the dust collectors. Works included compressors, driers, filters, air receivers, monitoring instrumentation and pneumatic controls.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• In-house engineering design of dust collection systems, dust disposal systems, structural steel and compressed air systems.
• Car Dumper Baghouse design capacity 280,000 m³h.
• Screenhouse Baghouse design capacity 152,682 m³h.
• Complete supply fully 3D modeled.
• The combined weight of the two baghouse structural steel totalled 81 ton.
