Situation

Aerison recently supported Fremantle Ports during the shutdown of the Kwinana Bulk Terminal KBB2 jetty, ensuring critical maintenance was completed efficiently and on time.

Solution

The scope included:

• Replace filter bags and pulse valves on the AL05 Ship Unloader dust collector, the primary emissions control for the machine.
• Perform maintenance on an additional dust collector while AL05 underwent cleaning.

Key Highlights

• Successfully replaced all filter bags and pulse valves in the AL05 Ship Unloader Dust Collector, ensuring it was restored to optimal performance.
• Carried out filter bag replacements on a second dust collector, maintaining operational readiness during AL05 servicing.
• Collaborated closely with Fremantle Ports personnel to address project-specific requirements.

Outcome

The project outcomes included:
