Situation
The CBH Esperance Port Facility has been identified for improvement to meet forecast deficiencies in in-loading demand

Solution
Aerison was engaged as the primary contractor to deliver the
engineering and design, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical,
fabrication, installation, and commissioning works.
The scope included:
- Design of the new and extended conveyors.
- Design of upgraded elevators.
- Design of the new and modified chute work, dust extraction
and pits to service the upgrades. - Design of the associated electrical equipment.
- Design of Grid cover structure.
- Mechanical equipment design.
Outcome
The project was able to provide upgrades to in-loading conveyor and elevator systems in order to provide a net increase of 500 tonnes per hour (tph).
