Situation

APA Transmission are building and operating a new gas transmission pipeline for supply of Natural Gas from the
Goldfields Gas Pipeline (GGP) to the Capricorn Metals mine site approximately 60km south-east of Newman including the
Savory Creek Delivery Station (SAVO) which will be constructed as part of the Karlawinda Gas Pipeline (KGP).

Solution

Aerison was engaged as the primary contractor to deliver the
engineering and design.
The scope included:

• Design, engineering and detailing;
• Fire detection system. FIP / VESDA;
• HVAC spilt system air-conditioning systems;
• HVAC pressurisation 10 Pa positive pressure;
• Non-combustible buildings materials.
