Spanning four decades in Australia and the UK, Wayne Green has significant experience in project delivery, construction and shutdown management with a strong focus on major materials handling projects in Western Australia.
Wayne joined Aerison in 2021 as Asset Services Manager responsible for managing shutdowns, maintenance and sustaining capital projects. In 2023 Wayne assumed the role of General Manager Field Services and is responsible for leading and growing the division that carries out complex multi-disciplined projects for Aerison’s clients.
Beginning his career in the UK as an apprentice fitter and machinist at a large papermaking manufacturing and process plant, Wayne joined the workforce as soon as he finished school. He remained with the same company for 21 years where he honed his project management skills.
Since relocating to Australia in 2005, Wayne has held various leadership roles with Australian and international construction and engineering companies including Monadelphous, Lendlease and Laing O’Rourke. Over the years he has managed large, multi-disciplinary teams and led the safe and successful delivery of high-risk projects.
A mechanical fitter by trade, Wayne has qualifications in leadership, scheduling and a Certificate IV in Health & Safety.
